we want everyone to be able to enjoy wagamama so, we have put together a guide to show which of our dishes are suitable for a range of different dietary requirements
the guide lists the allergenic ingredients in each of our dishes and also shows which are suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets
if you don’t find the information you need in our guides or are at all unsure of anything, just ask a member of the team when you’re in the restaurant. we are able to modify some recipes to remove or replace certain ingredients and try to be as flexible as possible.
some of our dishes have been marked as "may contain" for the 14 mandatory allergens, including "may contain" peanuts + tree nuts
this means that whilst the allergen has not been intentionally added to the recipe or dish, there maybe a risk of traces of the allergen from the manufacturer, handling, storage or cooking processes, causing unintentional and unavoidable cross-contamination. we ask that if you have a food allergy or intolerance, you always let your server know before you order, on every visit, so we can provide you with our up-to-date allergy guide.
